FACTORS INFLUENCING THE COST REDUCTION (EFFECTIVE COST)
 

Advantage in efficiency thereby getting more meters with same fixed cost giving contribution as straight profit.

Better working leads to less wvg. damage hence better packing in exports as well as in domestic sorts.

Longer length in export will upgrade the products – demand and image in foreign market.

In domestic market, better length will bring down the packing cost and labour cost in finish folding dept.
