After hundreds of experiments with different ingredients in different proportion to establish few ultimate formulation to achieve highest strength, elongation, abrasion resistant and easy desizing to offer best efficiency by reducing warp break to the large extent and also to make ease in the following process.
Better desizing leads to best absorbency and in turn gives better colour value in dyeing and printing which reduces colour consumption also.
The product consists of modified starch which is further modified under critical process condition and blended with swiss formulated polymer which makes the “SWISPOL” formula – I.

FACTORS INFLUENCING THE COST REDUCTION (EFFECTIVE COST)

 

Advantage in efficiency thereby getting more meters with same fixed cost giving contribution as straight profit.

Better working leads to less wvg. damage hence better packing in exports as well as in domestic sorts.

Longer length in export will upgrade the products – demand and image in foreign market.

In domestic market, better length will bring down the packing cost and labour cost in finish folding dept.

At processing, this cloth after desizing and bleaching gives better brightness in colour thereby less colour chemical cost compared to that of others over and above better approval in the market. (Better yield of colour in dyeing & Ptg.)

Reduction in dead-loss from 25% to 15%.

Less inventory carrying cost as it does not involve more ingredients. Cost of procurement is very high in present economic scenario.

Utilities cost come down due to lower humidity.

Dead loss percentage measured at 12 to 15% depending upon the practice of mills.

It has given miraculous results in heavy density fabrics with high cover factor such as Made-ups, Heavy Poplins, Colour Yarn shirting drills, Corduroy Tussore and Bed sheets.

Very effective on looms with high insertion rate – like Air Jet, Sulzer, Rapier looms. – Shuttleless looms.
